Our commitment

Dasco Storage Solutions strives at all times to provide its goods and services in a way that respects the dignity and independence of people with disabilities. Dasco Storage Solutions, as an employer, has the obligation to operate in compliance with the Accessibility Standards for Customer Service (Ontario Regulation 429/07) and Integrated Accessibility Standards (Ontario Regulation 191-11). It is the policy of Dasco to provide goods and services to persons with disabilities in a way that is consistent with the principles of independence, dignity, integration and equal opportunity.


Providing goods and service to people with disabilities

Dasco is committed to excellence in serving all customers including people with disabilities and we will carry out our functions and responsibilities in the following areas:

Notice of temporary disruption

Dasco will provide customers with notice in the event of a planned or unexpected disruption in the facilities or services usually used by people with disabilities. This notice will include information about the reason for the disruption, its anticipated duration, and a description of alternative facilities or services, if available. The notice will be placed at public entrances on our premises.


Training for staff

Dasco will provide training to all employees who deal with the public or other third parties on their behalf, and all those who are involved in the development and approvals of customer service policies, practices and procedures

Comments on our services regarding how well we have met the expectations described above are welcome and appreciated.


Modifications to this or other policies

We are committed to developing customer service policies that respect and promote the dignity and independence of people with disabilities. Therefore, no changes will be made to this policy before considering the impact on people with disabilities. Any policy of Dasco that does not respect and promote the dignity and independence of people with disabilities will be modified or removed.


Questions about this policy

This policy exists to achieve service excellence to customers with disabilities. If anyone has a question about the policy, or if the purpose of a policy is not understood, an explanation should be provided by Dasco Storage Solutions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 (change this) days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our discretion.

Use of Content and Imagery

It is strictly prohibited to use any of the content or imagery on the website, without the expressed written consent of Dasco.

Ordering Storage Solutions

Orders require an authorized and signed purchase order via email or hard copy sent to Dasco Storage Solutions. Upon receipt of the purchase order, Dasco will provide a confirmation with a product description, colour, price and expected shipment date for customer approval and records.

Payment Terms

Payment shall be made in net 30 days from the invoice date.


Dasco Storage Solutions strives to manufacture and ship orders within 20-25 business days from the date the order is received. Due to factors beyond our control such as peak periods, large volume orders or customization, the shipping time may be extended. In these situations, Dasco representatives will communicate any delays and/or changes.

Returning Storage Solutions

All returns must have prior authorization from Dasco Storage Solutions. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from Dasco. Dasco will supply an RMA number that must accompany the shipment upon return. Dasco reserves the right to charge re-stocking and/or freight fees for returned product that was supplied in accordance to the original purchase order form our customer.

Dasco General Warranty Statement

Dasco Storage Solutions warrants its products to be free from defects of workmanship and material for 15 years from date of possession. Our responsibility shall be limited to repair or replace without charge. We will be responsible for transportation costs if product is deemed under warranty. It is our option, however, to void this warranty if we feel the product has been subjected to mishandling or abuse or used for a purpose other than it was designed.

Dasco E-Locker Warranty Statement

Dasco Storage Solutions (Dasco) warrants E-Lockers to be free from defects of workmanship and material for 3 years from date of purchase and a 3 year license agreement. Dasco will be responsible for reasonable transportation costs of products or part(s) to and from our designated repair facility if product or part is deemed under warranty. It is our option, however, to void this warranty if we feel the product has been subjected to mishandling or abuse or used for a purpose other that which it was designed.
