Confirmations: When confirming a telephone order please mark "CONFIRMATION ONLY" on your written order. We will not be held responsible for orders duplicated by not following this procedure.
Damages or shortages in Shipment: All products are checked for defects before shipment and are packaged in cartons that meet shipping standards. However, damages and shortages can occur in transit. In case of obvious damage or shortages, note these on the delivery bill from the carrier and demand an inspection. If you find any damages, STOP unpacking, HOLD all containers and packaging and demand an inspection of concealed damage by the carrier IMMEDIATELY. Notification to the carrier must be made within 2 days. All claims for damage should be made against the carrier. Our responsibility ceases upon acceptance of shipment by the carrier.
Warranty: Dasco warrants products to be free from defects of workmanship and material for 15 years (mechanical items, electric motors and parts 90 days) provided they have been subjected to normal use for such products. Our responsibility shall be limited to repair or replace without charge. It is our option, however, to void this warranty if, in our opinion, the defect is not of defective workmanship or material, but to mishandling or abuse of equipment being used for other than the function it was originally designed.
Colors: The product description in the catalogue details the standard color available for each item. Colors other than the standard colors shown may be available at an additional charge.
Return Authorization: Goods WILL NOT be accepted without prior authorization. Our Return Authorization number must accompany the shipment or it will be refused and returned to sender.
F.O.B. Point: All Shipments are F.O.B. Shipping Point.
Title to goods transfers to the customer when shipment is released to the carrier. Our selling prices do not include transportation charges or applicable taxes. All transportation charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Dasco Storage Solutions has established an Accessibility Plan including Policies/Practices/Procedures governing the provision of goods and services to persons with disabilities.
